Review on Fin Fish
Sharing a central lounge with Charlie Palmer Steak, Fin Fish has a sea blue, sage and sand colored shoreline environment that features a "wall" wave created by a suspended collage of natural driftwood, offset by white penny tile flooring reminiscent of a New England-style oyster bar. Under Executive Chef David Holman the menu at Fin Fish, the first seafood concept launched by Palmer, includes a full scale raw bar and fish-shack style favorites like Maryland Crab Fritters with Louis Sauce and Crisp Lobster Corn Dogs as well as inventive surf and turf combinations, such as Soy Marinated Grilled Hanger & Sesame Tempura Oysters. Not to be outdone, impeccable grilled fish as well as broiled Maine lobster is available. The adventurous wine list spotlights flights of natural seafood friendly pairings as well as collection tastings of Sake in peak conditions.
