Chef Quinton Stewart, who was the Sour for "Top Chef" Ashley Merriman and who studied with Chef Maria Hines of Tilth, combines his vast experience and his knowledge of Italian cuisine and French technique to bring to Seattle cuisine unsurpassed in Seattle.
