Guests in the restaurant of the hotel am Schloß in Apolda, are welcomed with gourmet pleasures in a variety of culinary and distinguished wines from the Saale and Unstrut regions. Classic dishes appear from the kitchen, which have been given a new lease of life with a new style of cooking. Numerous Thuringian dishes, but also Mediterranean delicacies are on offer. A real taste sensation, with options such as, vegetarian rosti, made from assorted mushrooms with creamy spring onion vegetable and potato strudel, beef fillet steak in a Dornfelder red onion wine and wild garlic butter with grilled tomatoes and fried potatoes, or Bavarian cream with fruit pulp and pistazio ice cream. In the summer you can enjoy the delicacies on the terrace with a wonderful view over the legendary Katharinenschloss.
