Review on The Dining Room at Buxted Park
Buxted Park is a magnificent Georgian Palladian mansion set in 312 acres of superb parkland roamed by fallow deer and traversed by the River Uck. Having played host to the rich and famous for centuries, this is a world where everyone is treated like a lord and made to feel totally at ease.
Whether you choose one of the private dining rooms, the splendid Victorian Orangery or dine al fresco on the elegant York stone terrace the award-winning chef and his team will serve you with some stunning dishes.
They have built up special relationships with suppliers they know they can trust to provide only the finest ingredients, amongst which fish features prominently in dishes that are both light and mouth-wateringly tempting.
The Dining Room at Buxted Park is also featured in: Michelin Guide, AA Guide
