Originally started in the "Pampas"of Rio Grande do Sul as "home cooking" three centuries ago. In the 1960s the pioneers introduced the style of grilling to the churrascarias. Our very unique concept has been perfected by our chefs, also called gauchos. Tradicao pronounced tra-dee-son means tradition. Our goal is to make sure your dining experience is one you will never forget. Tradicao was founded with the idea to continue the Brazilian way of grilling in a family friendly environment.
