Confiserie Cafe Bauer was one of the first confectionery shops in Zurich, located on a busy corner on Badenerstrasse. This stalwart venture was opened in 1922 by the baker Anton Bauer and now provides over 200 freshly baked products, providing the highest of standards in terms of quality and service. Most of the food is baked daily from scratch, meticulously prepared by hand using old craftsmanship paired with modern technology, offering you traditional types of bread and pastries, new flavours and visual experiences. This is a popular, busy café and on warmer days you can eat outside.
