Restaurant Appenzeller Stube, is one of three restaurants in the Mövenpick Zürich-Airport Hotel, ideally located just five minutes from Zurich International Airport and ten minutes from Zurich City Centre. The restaurant is elegant with well laid tables and large murals of Swiss Nationals in traditional costume.

The restaurant lends itself to all manner of occasions, quick affordable lunches, full course meals, romantic dinners, or business lunches. If you are in a hurry, you can select the 'Gschwind vom Wage menu, comprising salad and soup followed by roast beef with potato gratin. In the evenings the kitchen steps up a gear and you can dine in style from the à la carte menu. There is a choice of Swiss specialities, fresh fish and shellfish which you can pick straight from the seafood display and filleting, slicing and fambéing are all part and parcel of the service. The excellent wine list has a choice of more than 150 different wines to complement the cuisine and the vaulted basement cellar stores some very rare vintages, which you will find on the Schatzchäschtli menu.
