Award-winning chef Norbert Schu offers imaginative dishes such as Côte de boeuf in a herb marrow crust served with pointed cabbage and baked potatoes – top-notch! For sweet-tooths there is the crème brûlée which comes with three different kinds of parfait. In sunny weather you will love the terrace with its wonderful view of the Machsee. The staff are very well trained and politer and the wine list is exceptional with 1,950 varieties, including many French wines.
