Dins Santi Taura is located within the very popular restaurant of Santi Taura in the pretty traditional town of Lloseta, located on the southern slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, 22 miles from Palma. Dins is the Mallorcan word for inside, and it can only be accessed through a plain door at the back of the Santi Taura restaurant's open kitchen.

Acclaimed chef Santi opened this latest venture in February 2016 featuring a contemporary décor with industrial influences, it serves a tasting menu to 16 guests sitting at two tables overlooking all the action in the kitchen. Locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of the cuisine and there is also an option of wine pairing. Artistically dishes that could appear include pumpkin soup, followed by Mallorcan lentils with red shrimp, next up is piri piri cod, then enjoy succulent black loin of pork before finishing with a chocolate pudding.

Reservations are at a premium so it may be necessary to book several weeks in advance.
