The kitchen also takes a creative view of things, offering a menu that ventures far beyond the predictable world of sweet-and-sour pork or chicken chow mein. Ideas are drawn from all parts of the Far East, thus deep-fried squid with salt and chilli or and pan-fried black sole with garlic, ginger and spring onion share the billing with prawns in 'Malay salad sauce' or stir-fried fillet of beef in Thai chilli paste. Chilean sea bass in Champagne sauce and duck with mango are specialities of the house. There is a branch in Clonee village, Co. Meath.
