Review on Stucki
Stucki is a landmark restaurant in Switzerland, located just a short distance south of the city limits of Basel. Since 2008 the restaurant has new hands at the rein, talented chef Tanja Grandits and her husband René who hosts front of house. Tanja's cooking is creative with Asiatic influences, ingredients are meticulously selected with every dish marrying flavour and colour in perfect harmony. Her exquisite dishes have been rewarded with 17 Gault Millau points and a Michelin star. There is a staggering wine list of more than 500 different wines and more than 7000 bottles, so wine buffs are in for a treat.
