Review on Sonoma at Hilton Belfast

Panoramic views of the waterfront are one of the bonuses for diners at the refined Sonoma Restaurant overlooking the River Lagan. This is the Hilton Belfast's showcase dining room, providing everything from breakfast through to ambitious evening meals with a modern accent.

The monthly-changing dinner menu aims high with dishes such as lobster ravioli accompanied by a spinach and pea velouté, rump of Irish lamb with potato gratin, roast parsnip and salad niçoise or fillet of sea trout, saffron potatoes, baby vegetables, lemon and chive butter. To conclude, pineapple tarte Tatin or summer fruit brûlée with raspberry sorbet and shortbread sound promising.
