KO Prime is a modern, creative interpretation of a traditional steakhouse with a focus on fine quality meats and outstanding seafood preparations created by consulting Chef Ken Oringer. Chef Ken has created a diverse and approachable menu made up of juicy steaks featuring Wagyu, Kobe and grass-fed beef and fresh and inventive seafood entrees in addition to variations on raw fish. An extensive wine list and a selection of "not-your-average" sides compliment each dish and are influenced daily by the best ingredients from local farmers.
