Le Pont de Brent restaurant is located as you might expect given the name, next to an historic bridge in the small village of Brent, above the lakeside town of Montreux. Previous owners Mr and Mrs Gérard Rabaey held three Michelin stars for this restaurant since 1998, but renowned chef Gérard has handed the reins to his second-in-command, Stéphane Décotterd.

The restaurant under talented chef Stéphane, part of the prestigious Relais and Chateaux collection still holds two Michelin stars and continues to delight diners with its inventive cuisine, featuring the very best of local produce. There is a lovely garden terrace next to a stream for dining al fresco, or enjoying an aperitif in the summer.
