Review on Hotel La Val
The newly renovated chalet hotel La Val reopened in December 2010 in the centre of the Surselva district in Brigels. The hotel offers two dining choices their Bistro da Rubi a spacious room with sun terrace where you can enjoy regional and international dishes, or their fine dining Ustria Miracla where Gault Millau chef Rudolf Mölle serves a Mediterranean menu with references to traditional Grisons cuisine.
