Restaurant Weissfluhgipfel in the ski resort of Parsenn where you can dine while taking in the breathtaking views over the Bündner Alps, can be reached by cable car from Weissfluhjoch. There is a choice of two menus offering either rustic and regional specialities like rösti with mountain cheese from Davos, or a gourmet menu featuring dishes such as poached turbot on cabbage with home-made lobster ravioli or Russian pizza with creme fraiche and caviar. There is an excellent wine list focussing on old world wines from Italy, France and Spain, and the house wine from the South of France is available by the glass.
