Shisan Sushi - The name of the restaurant is a tongue twister. Its culinary creations, however, will melt on your tongue. The restaurant has a chic and modern design and gives Frankfurt an authentic Asian experience. Instead of the conveyor belt, there are little boats carrying the tasty titbits round the bar. The Shisan Sushi serves maki, nigiri and tamaki sushi using every trick in the book. Specialities include vegetarian sushi and a fiery sushi served flambéed. Lunch is served between noon and 4 pm offering a surprise dish with three types of sushi, soup and a cup of green tea ? or, if you prefer, small or large portions depending on how hungry you are.
