Scottish ingredients show up strongly on the full restaurant menu, which features dishes like warm chicken and bacon terrine with haggis, 'clapshot' and Aberfeldy whisky sauce, grilled medallions of pork with Stornoway black pudding and cider velouté or confit of salmon on leek and yellow pea compote with herb and lime butter.
