The Banyan Tree is the award winning signature restaurant at the newly renovated Ritz Carlton Kapalua. It features a new design incorporating a destination outdoor bar and lounge with a covered terrace with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Moloka'i and the Pailolo Channel. The seasonal worldly menu created by Chef Jojo Vasquez showcases Hawaii's abundant harvests and fresh catches. The Banyan Tree is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.



For the month of April, The Banyan Tree is offering a Tasting Menu paired with fine wines from Cakebread Winery. Enjoy our special coursed menu created by Chef Jojo at $125 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.
