The Samui-Thai specialty restaurant is located in the boutique Hotel Seerose on the beautiful Lake Hallwil in Meisterschwanden. The elegant restaurant is furnished in mauve and brown tones with a refined decor, and features in both the prestigious Michelin and Gault Millau guides.

The Thai chef "Chai" Srilopian Panachai, creates exotic delicacies to take you on a culinary flight of fancy. On the menu, for example, you will find strips of chicken breast in a yellow curry with coconut milk and vegetables, roasted Jakobs mussels in a light red curry with coconut milk, basil and Thai vegetables, or a Thai "Kokosköpfli" with taro in a natural coconut sauce with iced vanilla. The service at the Samui-Thai, under the leadership of Sylvie Kämpf, makes for a perfectly relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. During the summer months there is a lovely terrace where you can dine under the sun parasols. There is a concise wine list to complement the food, together with a selection of Thai beers.
