This is the hand of the chef Wolfgang Kanow. The ALvis is situated in the Albrechtshof Hotel which is in the vibrant centre of Berlin. The restaurant offers musical and culinary delights throughout the year – a cultural offering which combines dining with spiritual relaxation. The ALvis has a master chef who uses the best local ingredients on the market to prepare some exquisite dishes. The ALvis can accommodate more than 75 diners. It also has an idyllic courtyard garden which seats 40 people. Sundays at the ALvis are gourmet days with a large brunch buffet with a huge selection of specialities from Berlin and Brandenburg.
