As "Iron Chef America" winner Kent Rathbun's first foray into the management of other restaurant concepts, Zea Woodfire Grill in Plano offers a casual dining experience with a New Orleans twist. Zea features mouth-watering menu items, such as the Red Beans and Rice Platter with Crispy Fried Chicken Breast and Grilled Andouille Sausage, Woodfired and Rotisserie Meats, Hummus and Zea's Signature Ribs. Chef Kent has incorporated his culinary philosophies into the Zea brand to introduce a new wine list, updated menu items, monthly wine dinners and happy hour specials.
Zea WoodFire Grill opened January 2006 in Plano, Texas. Zea WoodFire Grill has been voted one of the top ten new restaurants by City Search and has been featured in the Dallas Morning News and D Magazine.
