Review on Gänsbauer
The Gänsbauer has a vaulted basement which is predominantly in white and brown. The staff wear ties and welcome the restaurant's discerning clientele with a friendly smile. The handwritten menus, flowery décor, mirrors and candles give the place a very attractive feel. The chef Peter Schlegl conjures up delicious meals using seasonal ingredients. The food is simply exquisite. There is a large selection of beer and wine, and the sommelier will be pleased to recommend the right drink to go with your meal. In the summer gourmets enjoy whiling away the evening in the little inner courtyard.
