The restaurant is surprisingly cosy and intimate, and the kitchen delivers food with an international flavour and modern Scottish overtones. Typical offerings might include Loch Fyne salmon and Crail crab fritters on sweet-and-sour cherry tomatoes, roast cannon of Perthshire lamb and kidneys with sweet potato purée, and desserts such as rhubarb and custard cheesecake.
