Head chef, Marc Rennhack, offers Spanish and French accents with modern German cuisine in the Gourmet restaurant OLIVO. The menu includes specialities such as grey mullet with mushrooms and chorizo with chick peas, Württemberg lamb ribs with spicy cous cous and Masoor Dal Masala, or crème brûlée with Mango and chocolate sorbet.
