Denis Martin's self named restaurant in Vevey, on the north shore of Lake Geneva, not far from Lausanne, occupies the town's oldest building dating back to 1599. The restaurant is divided into two elegant cosy rooms, with Martin's wife Clara in charge of the amicable service.
Denis Martin's impassioned cuisine is experimental and innovative and his molecular gastronomy reminds you of the renowned Heston Blumenthal's dishes at The Fat Duck in Bray. For the ultimate culinary journey, there is the Evolution menu comprising of 26 dishes, presented with dazzling artistry, representing exquisite flavours and textures. Martin's avante-garde cuisine has been awarded two Michelin stars and 18 points in the Gault Millau restaurant guide.
