Blindekuh in Zurich opened in 1999 and was the world's first restaurant in the dark. The restaurant is operated by the blind and partially-sighted service team who are there to guide you through this special culinary adventure, where you must use all your other senses to enjoy the dishes put before you. The menu changes weekly and fresh seasonal ingredients are sourced from regional suppliers.
