Review on The Feathered Nest Country Inn
The Feathered Nest Country Inn, a recently renovated 300 year old malthouse is set in the tiny picturesque village of Nether Westcote in the heart of the Cotswolds, with breathtaking views over the Evenlode Valley. A delightful award-winning country pub, restaurant and rooms originally opened in 2010 by Tony and Amanda Timmer, it was bought in August 2019 by Adam Taylor, CEO of Nested Hospitality
Seasonal menus offering ingredients of the highest quality, sourced locally where possible are prepared by the kitchen. Fish is delivered daily from the west coast of Britain and many of the herbs and vegetables are picked fresh from their own kitchen garden. The food is complemented by an interesting wine list of over two hundred and twenty bins, combining classics together with carefully selected wines from both the Old and New World. When the weather is sunny there is a garden terrace for al fresco dining under the Sycamore tree.
The Feathered Nest Country Inn is also featured in: Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide, Hardens, AA Guide
