After 9.00pm, the restaurant puts on more of brasserie ambience, complete with soft background music. Expect to be greeted by your hostess who will escort you, via an impressive wood and steel staircase to the main dining room, where the minimalist style and subtle lighting is just a backdrop to the bright lights of the city outside.
The menu offers a Neo Classic French cuisine with dishes such as boiled egg pan fried with bacon, bell onions and girolle mushrooms served with a red wine sauce, baked John Dory served with a fine vegetable tart and a herb vinaigrette and rum and light vanilla cream parfait.
