A shady terrace looks out onto Port Pollenca's celebrated Pine Walk and with the harbour beyond, Corb Mari is one of Pollenca's pole 'people watching' positions. Prime cuts of meat, select from the display cabinet, and fish straight off the boats is what this restaurant deals in, all grilled over a charcoal barbeque.
Open the slate with foie gras terrine, gazpacho or a casserole of clams, cuttlefish and mushrooms before tackling the main event, perhaps salmon and king prawn kebab or simply T-bone steak, char-grilled. Lighter options include sandwiches, hamburgers or tapas, all served in Corb Mari's snack bar.
A globetrotting wine list holds its head high with a good selection of local wines.
